Bruce Allen – Director
Bruce Allen studied architecture at RMIT University, University of Melbourne and post graduate study at University of Toronto and University of Western Ontario. In addition to a wide range of local projects his practice has done work in Hong Kong, Moscow, Suzhou and Yantai.
Bruce has taught at RMIT University and Monash University and held a number of positions in the profession including Board Member, Convenor of Examiners and Tribunal Member for the Architects Registration Board of Victoria and Senior Counsellor with the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA). He is a Life Member of the AIA.
His primary interest is design but believes that good design includes creative problem solving in management and construction outcomes.
Kanna – Architect and Associate
She brings a wealth of experience to this role, having designed, documented and delivered multiple projects over small to large-scale residential, exhibitions and educational projects in both Japan and Australia.
Kanna has earned a reputation for her innovative and sustainable designs. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of cultural nuances, she creates spaces that seamlessly blend functionality and aesthetics.
Kanna is not only proficient in BIM but also adept in making physical models and hand sketches.
Her passion also lies in photography and muay thai.
Berry – Graduate of Architecture
Berry is a driven professional with a Master of Architecture and a double bachelor’s in Architecture and Construction Management, bringing a strong educational background and practical experience to the field. Her career spans diverse sectors including residential, heritage, and commercial architecture, where she excels in integrating creative design with practical construction methodologies to meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
Currently pursuing registration as a licensed architect, Berry demonstrates a dedication to professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and beloved senior poodle. Berry’s career reflects her passion for architecture and ongoing commitment to learning and development, combining technical expertise with a creative approach to deliver impactful architectural solutions.
